Ramadan timetable for BandungMethod: Kemenag (Indonesia). Asr: Standard.
Times follow Kemenag's method (Fajr 20°, Isha 18°, 2 to 3 minutes of ihtiyat). They match Kemenag's jadwal sholat to within a minute. Kemenag also corrects for a place's height above sea level, which we do not, so a mountain town can differ a little more.

Bandung does not change its clocks; times stay on Asia/Jakarta all year. How times are calculated
Bandung is the main city of West Java, home to about 2,500,000 people. Bandung lies 2.6° east of the 105° E meridian that its time zone is based on, so the Sun is highest about 10 minutes before 12:00 on average, around 11:50, and Dhuhr comes earlier than the clock suggests.
Bandung lies within the tropics. Around 3 March and 11 October the Sun passes straight overhead at Dhuhr, and upright objects cast almost no shadow at noon. Day length hardly changes in Bandung, from 11h 43m to 12h 31m through the year, so prayer times move only a little from season to season. As Bandung is in the southern hemisphere, its longest days come in December and January, and so do its longest fasts whenever Ramadan falls then.
Prayer times shift with longitude: about 4 minutes for every degree east or west. Here is how today's Fajr and Maghrib in nearby places compare with Bandung, calculated with the same method.

Get Awqatly for Windows (free)Bandung, the capital of West Java, had 2,506,603 residents in 2023 according to Statistics Indonesia as listed on Wikipedia, and the same page gives the share of Muslims as 92.3% in the 2023 census, with Protestants at 5.09% and Roman Catholics at 2.11%. The city is described as the cultural heartland of the Sundanese, and the province around it was 97.22% Muslim in 2024. At the 2010 census Sundanese were 71.87% of West Java's population, Javanese 16.35% and Betawi 5.33%. In Bandung the Javanese are the largest minority, followed by Minang, Minahasan, Chinese, Batak, Malay, Korean, Indian and Arab residents.
The Grand Mosque of Bandung (Masjid Raya Bandung) stands on the east side of the alun-alun, the central town square. Wikipedia dates the first building to 1812, a wooden structure with bamboo walls and a thatched roof, and lists renovations in 1826, 1850, 1875, 1900 and 1930. In 1955, the year of the Asia-Africa Conference, the old roofs were removed and a new dome designed by President Sukarno was built. The present mosque was rebuilt between 25 February 2001 and 4 June 2003, and in 2004 it became the provincial mosque of West Java. It holds 13,000 people and has two minarets of 81 metres, lower than the 99 metres first planned because of height limits tied to Husein Sastranegara airport. Another landmark is the Al Jabbar Grand Mosque in Gedebage, which was inaugurated on 30 December 2022. Its designer was M. Ridwan Kamil, then governor of West Java, and its cost is given as about Rp 1 trillion; sources give a capacity of 33,000 or 60,000 including the yard, so no single figure is stated here.
For prayer times, Bandung lies about 6.9 degrees south of the equator and uses Western Indonesia Time, WIB (UTC+7), without daylight saving. On this site's calculation the fast from Fajr to Maghrib in Bandung lasts about 13 hours on 21 June and 14 hours on 21 December. The day length hardly changes through the year, so prayer times move by only a few minutes between seasons. The Indonesia page explains how the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Muhammadiyah can announce Ramadan and Eid on different days. The congregation times are set by each mosque.
