Clocks change on 24 April and 29 October. Prayer times on those days shift by an hour on the clock, not in the sky. How times are calculated

Al Minshāh, the Sun and the clock

Al Minshāh is in Sohag and has about 91,000 people. The nearest larger city is Sohag, 14 km to the northwest. Al Minshāh lies 1.8° east of the 30° E meridian that its time zone is based on, so the Sun is highest about 7 minutes before 12:00 on average, around 11:53, and Dhuhr comes earlier than the clock suggests. In summer, when the clocks go forward an hour, that moment moves to around 12:53.

The Sun never stands straight overhead in Al Minshāh: at Dhuhr it climbs to about 87° above the horizon in June and only 40° in December, so noon shadows are much longer in December. Days in Al Minshāh range from 10h 29m in December to 13h 48m in June, a difference of 3h 19m, and Fajr, Maghrib and Isha shift with them.

Maghrib time Al Minshāh compared with nearby cities

Prayer times shift with longitude: about 4 minutes for every degree east or west. Here is how today's Fajr and Maghrib in nearby places compare with Al Minshāh, calculated with the same method.
