Ramadan timetable for BursaMethod: Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı method (Turkey). Asr: Standard.
Times follow Diyanet's official method: İmsak (Fajr) at 18°, Yatsı (Isha) at 17°, plus temkin, the fixed precaution minutes Diyanet adds (sunrise −7, Dhuhr +5, Asr +4, Maghrib +7). In Turkey İmsak is when the fast begins and equals Fajr here. For the places we checked, our minutes match Diyanet's published tables or differ by one minute at most, because Diyanet may use slightly different coordinates for a town. Switch the method or the Asr school below if your mosque follows another timetable.

Bursa does not change its clocks; times stay on Europe/Istanbul all year. How times are calculated
Bursa is the main city of Bursa Province, home to about 3,100,000 people. Bursa lies 15.9° west of the 45° E meridian that its time zone is based on. The Sun therefore reaches its highest point about 64 minutes after 12:00 on average, around 13:04, and Dhuhr comes later than the clock suggests.
The Sun never stands straight overhead in Bursa: at Dhuhr it climbs to about 73° above the horizon in June and only 26° in December, so noon shadows are much longer in December. Days in Bursa range from 9h 18m in December to 15h 2m in June, a difference of 5h 44m, and Fajr, Maghrib and Isha shift with them.
Prayer times shift with longitude: about 4 minutes for every degree east or west. Here is how today's Fajr and Maghrib in nearby places compare with Bursa, calculated with the same method.

Get Awqatly for Windows (free)Bursa had 2,051,464 residents in 2022 as a city and metropolitan municipality, up from 61,451 in 1927 and 1,184,144 in 2000. Wikipedia records several waves of migration of Muslims into the city: many Ottoman subjects from Rumelia, Romania and Bulgaria settled in Bursa in 1877 while fleeing the Russo-Turkish War, and large movements of Turkish-descended Muslims from Bulgaria settled there in 1950-51 and in 1989. The city was captured from the Byzantines in 1326 and was the early Ottoman capital until the 1360s, when Edirne took that role, and the tombs of Osman Gazi and Orhan Gazi are in Bursa. In 2014 UNESCO listed Bursa and Cumalikizik as the Birth of the Ottoman Empire.
The Grand Mosque, the Ulu Cami, was ordered by Sultan Bayezid I and built by the architect Ali Neccar between 1396 and 1400 (the article for the mosque itself gives 1396 to 1399). It has twenty domes in four rows of five, supported by twelve columns, two minarets, and 192 wall inscriptions by 41 Ottoman calligraphers. An earthquake in 1855 collapsed the roof, and repairs were completed in 1889. The Green Mosque was commissioned by Sultan Mehmed I, with construction beginning in 1412 and an entrance inscription dating its completion to December 1419 or January 1420; the vizier Haci Ivaz Pasha supervised the work. Across from it, the Green Tomb of Mehmed I was commissioned by Murad II and finished in May 1421. The Emir Sultan complex grew around the tomb of a dervish and scholar from Bukhara who advised Bayezid I and was his son-in-law. Its first mosque was built under Murad II by Hundi Fatma Hatun, the building collapsed in 1766, Selim III rebuilt it in 1804, and it was rebuilt again in 1868 after the 1855 earthquake.
