Durban does not change its clocks; times stay on Africa/Johannesburg all year. How times are calculated
Durban is in KwaZulu-Natal and has about 3,300,000 people. Durban lies almost on the 30° E meridian that its time zone is based on, so the Sun is highest close to 12:00 on the clock, around 11:56 on average. Dhuhr begins just after that moment.
The Sun never stands straight overhead in Durban: at Dhuhr it climbs to about 84° above the horizon in December and only 37° in June, so noon shadows are much longer in June. Days in Durban range from 10h 13m in June to 14h 4m in December, a difference of 3h 51m, and Fajr, Maghrib and Isha shift with them. As Durban is in the southern hemisphere, its longest days come in December and January, and so do its longest fasts whenever Ramadan falls then.
Prayer times shift with longitude: about 4 minutes for every degree east or west. Here is how today's Fajr and Maghrib in nearby places compare with Durban, calculated with the same method.

Get Awqatly for Windows (free)The Juma Mosque on Grey Street, now Dr. Yusuf Dadoo Street, is the centre of Muslim Durban. In August 1881 Aboobaker Amod Jhaveri and Hajee Mohamed bought a site there for £115 and converted a small brick structure into a mosque. Adjoining land was bought in 1884 and 1889, and the first minaret was built in 1904 and the second in 1905. The mosque was rebuilt in 1927 to designs by Payne & Payne, with William Bruce Barboure contributing to the design in 1943, in what the article calls a unique blend of Islamic decoration and strong Union-period vernacular style. It holds 6,000 worshippers, or 7,000 for the Eid prayer, as in 2014.
Durban's Muslims largely descend from the Indians who came to Natal. Indentured labourers brought to the sugar fields from the 1860s included roughly 7% to 10% Muslims, and by 1911 a total of 152,641 Indians had reached the colony, followed by traders such as the two men who bought the Grey Street site. Most of the Indian community follows the Hanafi school, which is why this site shows the Hanafi Asr time first in KwaZulu-Natal.
For prayer times, Durban lies at 29.9 degrees south, so the seasons are the reverse of Europe's. On this site's calculation the fast from Fajr to Maghrib in Durban lasts about 11 and a half hours on 21 June and 15 and a half hours on 21 December. South Africa keeps one time zone, UTC+2, with no daylight saving, and Durban lies on the east coast, so its sun rises earlier than in Cape Town by the clock. Moon sighting is done locally and by councils, so neighbouring communities can begin Ramadan or Eid on different days, and each mosque sets its own congregation times.
